The EVA gaze guide rod has a new gaze guide rod fixation method that is secured by pressing a wide “wavewasher” into the lower center. In the event of a collision with a vehicle, the new technology has a narrower bottom area, so the detection between the vehicle bumpers is less affected, so the load is distributed less than the conventional three-point fixing type, and the anchor bolt support is not easily prone to failure due to the fact that the pressed wavewasher strongly compresses and fixes the inner and outer parts of the gaze guide rod when the force is heard in the vertical direction.
