How to waterproof and relandscape existing rooftop flower beds without tearing them up

Current building codes require apartment complexes to have at least 30% of their building area devoted to landscaping. When waterproofing and re-landscaping an apartment building's rooftop flowerbeds, the soil filled in the flowerbeds does not need to be transported outside the apartment building, which can significantly reduce time, labor, and costs.

6. Install flower bed wall and apply existing soil (finish with residual tree planting)
