The Eco-CrackSeal process includes an innovative P2 solution application that restores the alkalinity of deteriorated and weakened concrete 


The main cause of concrete weakening is that its alkaline properties gradually neutralize when exposed to water, leading to a loss of strength 

This eventually leads to cracks and the aging of the building, which can be detrimental to its structural health 


When the P2 solution is applied to weakened concrete, it does not only react on the surface but rather penetrates to a certain depth and reacts, making it an innovative technology that restores even the invisible parts of the concrete back to strong alkalinity.

Eco-CrackSeal Crack Repair Material Adopted in New Apartment Construction Sites 


The Eco-CrackSeal crack repair material has been adopted for use in the new apartment construction sites of [POSCO The Sharp Apartments], [Kumho Eoullim Apartments], and [Shinil Happy Tree Apartments].

Before finishing with paint in new apartment construction, putty must be applied twice to the inter-floor joint areas.

The inter-floor joints are formed as each floor is poured during concrete casting, so it is essential to prevent cracks from developing between floors.


The excellent elongation and tensile strength performance of Eco-CrackSeal crack repair material has been verified.

It has been applied to new apartment construction sites by POSCO E&C, Kumho E&C, and Shinil Construction.

Eco-CrackSeal Method Construction Process

The construction process of the Eco-CrackSeal method is both innovative and cost-effective. 

Deteriorated and delaminated concrete is treated with the permanent restoration and protection agent 'P2' solution, followed by repairing the delaminated areas with ultra-fast-setting high-strength mortar 'SM-100'

* It is recommended to apply mixing binder (primer) before putty application.
